My foundation is in software engineering: building Laravel applications, REST APIs, and database-backed systems. That experience shapes how I approach infrastructure, with an understanding of the applications it supports.
Today, my focus is AWS infrastructure, observability, automation, and cloud operations. I’m interested in the practical decisions that make systems more reliable, improve performance, and keep costs under control.

Cloud Resume
A home for my work, and a hands-on journey from a static website to an operated cloud application.
A static portfolio served over HTTPS at danishsuffian.cloud through Route 53, CloudFront, and S3 with Origin Access Control. GitHub Actions deploys updates using OIDC and invalidates the CloudFront cache after each upload.

Start with resource visibility, then explore actionable metrics and cost optimization. Scope and implementation will evolve as the project takes shape.
PROJECT PREVIEW
Umrah Travel Platform
A Laravel-based travel management application. The planned case study will explore the backend design and the operational needs of a travel business.
Potential capabilities
Package management, registrations, seat availability, payment tracking, Billplz integration, audit logging, and secure customer data handling. Implementation details will be added to the case study.
